Roughly 3 km from the historic center of Arezzo, in a beautifully panoramic position with view over the city, this villa is the result of the conversion of an old orangery into two residential units.
The location of the villa is extremely private but at the same time very close to amenities and services. We are halfway between Siena and Florence.
